![]() ![]() Put it was not really clear how the process takes place. ![]() it just staging my images like slices but my images are in diffrent angle. It would be nice if cell2mat () preserved the 3D structure but it doesn't so a bit of reshaping in matlab is needed. i tried cat function to create a volume but it is not making 3D images. One way to get the 3D array of images in Python is to convert the cell array to a 3D matrix on the matlab side and save that (instead of saving a cell array of 2D matrices). 1 image at 30 degree ,2nd image at 60 degree. What I have understood is that the image is converted into a graph of connected pixels, and the properties of a pixel depend on the properties of its adjacent ones. hello, i am trying to create a 3D image from 12 images which I take in different angle, e.g. However, I can't find a simple and clear resource that explains the conversion process using MRF in clear steps. ![]() There are several papers in the literature in which this technique was used based on 3 2D orthogonal images. I have one 2D CT image and I want to convert it to 3D image using Markov Random Field. ![]()
